Coverage: Brazil coverage is limited to six reviewed provisions of ANAC law in force since 16 June 2026: RBAC 100 (which replaced RBAC-E 94) on who it applies to, the open, specific and certified categories (open: up to 25 kg, line of sight, up to 120 m, away from uninvolved people) and ANAC drone registration; and Resolution 806 for recreational model aircraft and drones up to 250 g (line of sight, up to 120 m, model aircraft over 250 g kept away from third parties and registered with ANAC, foreigners by passport). The ANAC pilot knowledge exam (waived until 31 December 2026), specific-category authorisations, insurance and other RBAC 100 sections are not covered. DECEA airspace permission (SARPAS) and ANATEL equipment approval are separate authorities and were not reviewed. Drone Assistant does not check airspace or any location; check DECEA's SARPAS before flying.
