What's changed

Every entry here follows the same lifecycle: an official source is checked automatically, a version change is detected, the regulatory impact is identified, a human reviews it, and only then is it published. Detection alone never publishes anything.

This feed lists reviewed and published changes only. An absence of entries for a jurisdiction does not mean nothing has changed there.
