(b) Exceto como previsto no parágrafo (a) desta seção, toda UA deve ser cadastrada junto à ANAC e vinculada a uma pessoa (física ou jurídica, com CPF ou CNPJ no Brasil), que será o operador da UA ou a responsável por demonstrar quem é o operador da UA. (1) Caso o detentor do cadastro não consiga demonstrar quem é o operador da UA, para os efeitos legais, ele será considerado o operador da UA. (c) O cadastro efetuado segundo esta seção será válido por 24 (vinte e quatro) meses. O cadastro não revalidado até 6 (seis) meses depois de vencido será inativado e não poderá mais ser revalidado.
