Before conducting a flight review for the purposes of subparagraph 901.56(1)(b)(ii), paragraph 901.64(c), subparagraph 901.65(1)(b)(ii), paragraph 901.90(f), and 901.93(b)(ii) the flight reviewer shall verify: (a) the applicant’s identity; (b) that the candidate has; (i) registered the RPA in accordance with section 900.13 of the CARs; and, (ii) established procedures in accordance with section 901.23 of the CARs.
