In active military CTR zones, you cannot fly higher than 35 feet (about 10.6 meters) above the ground, unless you are within 50 meters of an artificial obstacle, where you can fly up to 35 feet above the top of that obstacle.

De in het eerste lid beschreven geografische UAS-zone is een zone waarin alle UAS-vluchtuitvoeringen boven vijfendertig voet AGL verboden zijn behalve voor vluchten die worden uitgevoerd op een maximale horizontale afstand van 50 meter van een kunstmatig obstakel en waarvoor de vlieghoogte mag worden verhoogd tot maximaal vijfendertig voet boven het bovengenoemde obstakel.
