① 법 제51조에 따라 항공기에 설치ㆍ운용해야 하는 무선설비는 다음 각 호와 같다. 다만, 항공운송사업에 사용되는 항공기 외의 항공기가 계기비행방식 외의 방식(이하 "시계비행방식"이라 한다)에 의한 비행을 하는 경우에는 제3호부터 제6호까지의 무선설비를 설치ㆍ운용하지 않을 수 있다. 1. 비행 중 제229조제1호에 따른 항공교통관제기관(이하 "항공교통관제기관"이라 한다)과 교신할 수 있는 초단파(VHF) 또는 극초단파(UHF)무선전화 송수신기 각 2대. 2. 기압고도에 관한 정보를 제공하는 2차감시 항공교통관제 레이더용 트랜스폰더(Mode 3/A 및 Mode C SSR transponder...) 8. 다음 각 목의 구분에 따라 비상위치지시용 무선표지설비(ELT). ... 나. 1대를 설치하여야 하는 경우: 가목에 해당하지 아니하는 항공기. 이 경우 비상위치지시용 무선표지설비는 자동으로 작동되는 구조여야 한다.
