Requirement as structured

A person who operates an ultralight flying device (초경량비행장치) without complying with the pilot compliance rules (조종자 준수사항) prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall be subject to an administrative fine (과태료) of up to 3 million KRW.
