De toegang tot de in het eerste lid bedoelde geografische UAS-zone is onderworpen aan de volgende cumulatieve toegangsvoorwaarden: 1° elke vlucht is beperkt tot een maximale hoogte gelijk aan 100 voet onder de ondergrens van de genoemde militaire gevarenzone; 2° de vluchten gerealiseerd in uitvoeringsmodus buiten zicht (BVLOS) zijn onderworpen aan het gebruik van U-space diensten.
