An unmanned aircraft (UA) operator operating a UA into or out of Singapore must ensure that the UA is operated in a safe manner without endangering the safety of any person, aircraft or property. Any reportable safety matter, of which, a non-exhaustive list can be found in Appendix 1, must be notified to CAAS by the quickest available means.
