First-person view (FPV) flight requirements

You can fly using FPV goggles only if you have a spotter next to you who keeps continuous visual contact with the aircraft and can warn you of any danger.

Requirement as structured

A remote pilot may perform an FPV (immersion) flight only if a second person keeps the model aircraft in direct line of sight at all times to monitor for hazards and inform the pilot immediately.
