② 법 제2조제1항제1호다목에서 "원격ㆍ자동ㆍ자율 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 방식에 따라 항행하는 비행체"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 비행체를 말한다. 1. 외부에서 원격으로 조종할 수 있는 비행체 2. 외부의 원격 조종 없이 사전에 지정된 경로로 자동 항행이 가능한 비행체 3. 항행 중 발생하는 비행환경 변화 등을 인식ㆍ판단하여 자율적으로 비행속도 및 경로 등을 변경할 수 있는 비행체
