③ 지방항공청장ㆍ국방부장관 또는 법 제85조제1항에 따라 항공교통업무증명을 받은 자는 제2항에 따라 제출된 신청서를 검토한 결과 비행안전에 지장을 주지 않는다고 판단되는 경우에는 이를 승인해야 한다. 이 경우 동일지역에서 반복적으로 이루어지는 비행에 대해서는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 범위에서 비행기간을 명시하여 승인할 수 있다. 1. 무인비행장치를 사용하여 비행하는 경우: 12개월
