U moet zich registreren als exploitant bij het DGLV via het Drone Portal wanneer u in het bezit bent van een UAS (met camera). Dit is verplicht vanaf het moment dat u in het bezit bent van een UAS met camera. Dit ongeacht de MTOM van de UAS.
