To qualify for initial or additional authorisation, the AFE(UA) nominee must meet the following requirements: (a) Holds a valid UAPL relevant to the scope of approval and without limitations; (b) At least 21 years old; (c) Attended induction briefing by CAAS; and (d) Passed practical evaluation by CAAS. 11.5 The AFE(UA) nominee should also have completed an internal AFE(UA) induction training conducted by the organisation.
