In a military Controlled Traffic Region (CTR), you cannot fly higher than 35 feet (approx. 10 meters) above the ground, unless you are within 50 meters of an artificial obstacle, in which case you can fly up to 35 feet above the top of that obstacle.

All UAS operations above 35 feet AGL within a military CTR geographical zone are prohibited, except for flights within a maximum horizontal distance of 50 meters from an artificial obstacle, where the flight height may be increased up to a maximum of 35 feet above that obstacle.

La zone géographique UAS décrite à l'alinéa premier est une zone dans laquelle toutes les exploitations d'UAS au-dessus de trente-cinq pieds AGL sont interdites , excepté pour les vols réalisés à une distance horizontale maximale de 50 mètres d'un obstacle artificiel et pour lesquels la hauteur de vol peut être augmentée jusqu'à maximum trente-cinq pieds au-dessus dudit obstacle .
