법 제122조제1항 본문에 따라 초경량비행장치소유자등은 법 제124조에 따른 안전성인증을 받기 전(법 제124조에 따른 안전성인증 대상이 아닌 초경량비행장치인 경우에는 초경량비행장치를 소유하거나 사용할 수 있는 권리가 있는 날부터 30일 이내를 말한다)까지 별지 제116호서식의 초경량비행장치 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 한국교통안전공단 이사장에게 제출하여야 한다.
