If an accident occurs during an urgent public interest drone flight, the report should be made to the head of the relevant agency in charge, who will then forward the report to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Requirement as structured

For urgent public interest flights exempted under Paragraph 2, any incident reporting required under Article 129, Paragraph 3 must be submitted to the head of the competent administrative agency (소관 행정기관의 장) instead of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and that head must subsequently notify the Minister.

제129조제3항을 이 조 제2항에 적용할 때에는 "국토교통부장관"은 "소관 행정기관의 장"으로 본다. 이 경우 소관 행정기관의 장은 제129조제3항에 따라 보고받은 사실을 국토교통부장관에게 알려야 한다.
