L'accès à la zone géographique UAS visée à l'alinéa premier est soumis aux conditions d'accès cumulatives suivantes : 1° chaque vol est limité à une hauteur maximale équivalente à 100 pieds en-dessous du plancher de ladite zone de danger militaire; 2° les vols réalisés en mode d'exploitation hors vue (BVLOS) sont subordonnés à l'utilisation de services U-space .
