② 법 제124조 전단에 따른 시험비행 등(이하 이 조에서 "시험비행등"이라 한다)을 위하여 허가를 받으려는 자는 별지 제119호서식의 초경량비행장치 시험비행등 허가 신청서에 해당 초경량비행장치가 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시하는 초경량비행장치 시험비행등의 안전을 위한 기술상의 기준(이하 "초경량비행장치 시험비행등의 기술기준"이라 한다)에 적합함을 입증하는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 기술원에 제출해야 한다.
