The RPA pilot operating within level 1 complex operations must be able to: - Identify and evaluate access routes for both normal and emergency operations. - Assess environmental considerations related to operations. - Demonstrate how to determine population density. - Describe how to plan DAA procedures. Air traffic services and procedures The RPA pilot operating within level 1 complex operations must be able to: - Convert and compare ATC and Pilot altitude reports to RPA altitudes. - Recognize and interpret relevant position reports. Section 7: Theory of flight (KNO / FPM) Theory of Flight - Describe the effects of higher operating weight.
