무인비행장치 조종자는 무인비행장치를 사용하여 「개인정보 보호법」 제2조제1호에 따른 개인정보(이하 "개인정보"라 한다) 또는 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 개인위치정보(이하 "개인위치정보"라 한다) 등 개인의 공적ㆍ사적 생활과 관련된 정보를 수집하거나 이를 전송하는 경우 타인의 자유와 권리를 침해하지 아니하도록 하여야 하며 형식, 절차 등 세부적인 사항에 관하여는 각각 해당 법률에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
