You cannot hold a demonstration of model aircraft under 1 kg within 1 km of a heliport, 2 km of an ultralight (ULM) airfield, or 3 km of an airport, unless you have permission from the airfield operator.

5° aucun aérodrome destiné exclusivement aux hélicoptères ou terrain destiné exclusivement aux paramoteurs ne se trouve dans un rayon de 1 km, sauf autorisation préalable de l'exploitant de ce terrain ; 6° aucun aérodrome destiné aux aéronefs ultralégers motorisés (ULM) ne se trouve dans un rayon de 2 km, sauf autorisation préalable de l'exploitant de ce terrain ; 7° aucun aérodrome destiné aux avions ne se trouve dans un rayon de 3 km, sauf autorisation préalable de l'exploitant de ce terrain ; 8° aucun obstacle ne se trouve dans un rayon de 20 m.
