The HT must have direct access to the AM and meet the following requirements: (a) Hold a valid UAPL relevant to the scope of approval; and (b) Is an instructor within the UATO. 10.7 The QM must have direct access to the AM and meet the following requirements: (a) At least 2 years’ relevant experience in quality assurance; or (b) Attended a quality assurance course acceptable to CAAS.
