If your drone is involved in an accident that causes serious injury to anyone (including yourself), death, or damage to property, you must report it to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) as quickly as possible.

A UA pilot who operates an unmanned aircraft for any purpose must notify the Authority by the quickest available means upon becoming aware of an accident associated with the operation of the unmanned aircraft resulting in serious injury to the UA pilot, serious injury to or the death of any other person, or damage to any property.
