⑦ 초경량비행장치사용사업의 사업개선 명령에 관하여는 제39조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제39조제2호 중 "항공기"는 "초경량비행장치"로, 같은 조 제3호 중 "「항공안전법」 제2조제6호에 따른 항공기사고"는 "「항공안전법」 제2조제8호에 따른 초경량비행장치사고"로 본다.
