1° disposer d'une autorisation de vol préalable de la SPACC ; 2° disposer des autorisations de vol préalables du gestionnaire de zone ; 3° notifier le début et la fin de chaque vol de la manière prescrite par le gestionnaire de zone ; 4° disposer d'un système d'identification directe à distance; 5° disposer d'un système de géovigilance; 6° disposer d'un système de géo-caging; 7° le pilote doit être accompagné à tout moment d'un observateur de l'espace aérien qui a une licence radio et qui maintient une communication bidirectionnelle constante avec le service du contrôle de la circulation aérienne compétent.
