UAS-vluchtuitvoeringen binnen in het kader van modelluchtvaartuigclubs of -verenigingen mogen alleen plaatsvinden op een permanent of tijdelijk modelluchtvaartterrein dat is opgericht met toelating van de directeur-generaal nadat hij heeft vastgesteld dat voldaan werd aan de bepalingen van bijlage 1 van dit besluit.
