A person who operates an ultralight flying device (초경량비행장치) without obtaining a remote pilot certificate (조종자 증명) shall be subject to an administrative fine (과태료) of up to 4 million KRW.

② 제125조제1항을 위반하여 초경량비행장치 조종자 증명을 받지 아니하고 초경량비행장치를 사용하여 비행한 사람(제161조제2항제1호가 적용되는 경우는 제외한다)에게는 400만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다.
