동력비행장치 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 초경량비행장치를 사용하여 국토교통부장관이 고시하는 초경량비행장치 비행제한공역에서 비행하려는 사람은 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 미리 국토교통부장관으로부터 비행승인을 받아야 한다.
