6. "항공기사고"란 사람이 비행을 목적으로 항공기에 탑승하였을 때부터 탑승한 모든 사람이 항공기에서 내릴 때까지[사람이 탑승하지 아니하고 원격조종 등의 방법으로 비행하는 항공기(이하 "무인항공기"라 한다)의 경우에는 비행을 목적으로 움직이는 순간부터 비행이 종료되어 발동기가 정지되는 순간까지를 말한다] 항공기의 운항과 관련하여 발생한 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 것으로서 국토교통부령으로 정하는 것을 말한다.
