① 법 제16조제1항에 따른 "국토교통부령으로 정하는 기준에 적합한 자"란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 자를 말한다. <개정 2025.3.27> 1. 최근 3년간 계속하여 드론사용사업자에 해당하는 사업자등록을 유지할 것 2. 최근 3년간 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사실이 없을 것 가. 「항공사업법」 제49조제7항부터 제9항까지의 규정에 따른 사업개선 명령, 등록취소, 사업정지 처분 또는 과징금 부과처분을 받은 사실 나. 「항공사업법」 제77조부터 제82조까지의 규정에 따른 벌금 이상의 형 또는 같은 법 제84조에 따른 과태료 처분을 받은 사실 다. 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제27조에 따른 입찰참가자격 제한된 사실 라. 「항공안전법」 제2조제6호 및 제8호에 따른 항공기사고 또는 초경량비행장치사고를 낸 사실 3. 그 밖에 경영상태 및 기술역량 등에 관해 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시하는 지정 기준을 충족할 것
