Fine for failure to report a drone accident

If your drone is involved in an accident causing injury or serious damage, you must report it. Failing to report or lying about it can lead to a fine of up to 300,000 KRW.

Requirement as structured

A remote pilot or owner of an ultralight flying device (초경량비행장치) who fails to report a drone accident (초경량비행장치사고) or makes a false report shall be subject to an administrative fine (과태료) of up to 300,000 KRW.
