국토교통부장관은 제1항의 드론특별자유화구역에서 행하는 드론 실용화 및 사업화 등을 위해 다음 각 호에 따른 법률에 규정된 인증ㆍ허가ㆍ승인ㆍ평가ㆍ신고 등을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 유예 또는 면제하거나 간소화할 수 있다. 1. 「항공안전법」 제23조에 따른 특별감항증명 2. 「항공안전법」 제68조에 따른 무인항공기의 비행 허가 3. 「항공안전법」 제124조에 따른 시험비행허가 또는 안전성인증 4. 「항공안전법」 제127조에 따른 비행승인 5. 「항공안전법」 제129조제5항에 따른 특별비행의 승인 6. 「전파법」 제58조의2에 따른 적합성평가
