초경량비행장치사용사업자 및 항공레저스포츠사업자는 요금표 및 약관을 영업소나 그 밖의 사업소에서 항공교통이용자가 잘 볼 수 있는 곳에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 갖추어 두고, 항공교통이용자가 열람할 수 있게 하여야 한다.
