In toepassing van artikel 9, lid 3, a) van de verordening (EU) 2019/947 is de vereiste minimumleeftijd voor piloten op afstand bij een vluchtuitvoering met een UAS in de subcategorie A1 (UAS.OPEN.020) en/of de subcategorie A3 (UAS.OPEN.040) van de categorie "open" 14 jaar.
