④ 국토교통부장관은 법 제75조제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 업무를 「한국교통안전공단법」에 따른 한국교통안전공단에 위탁한다. 1. 법 제48조제1항에 따른 초경량비행장치사용사업의 등록 및 변경신고의 수리 2. 법 제49조제1항에 따라 준용되는 법 제32조제2항에 따른 사업계획의 변경인가 또는 변경신고의 수리 3. 법 제49조제3항에 따라 준용되는 법 제34조제1항에 따른 양도ㆍ양수 신고의 수리 및 같은 조 제3항에 따른 공고 4. 법 제49조제4항에 따라 준용되는 법 제35조제1항에 따른 합병 신고의 수리 5. 법 제49조제5항에 따라 준용되는 법 제36조제2항에 따른 상속 신고의 수리 6. 법 제49조제6항에 따라 준용되는 법 제37조제1항에 따른 휴업 신고의 수리 7. 법 제49조제6항에 따라 준용되는 법 제38조제1항에 따른 폐업 신고의 수리 8. 법 제49조제7항에 따라 준용되는 법 제39조에 따른 사업개선 명령
