제1항에 따라 국가, 지방자치단체, 공항운영자 또는 비행장시설을 관리ㆍ운영하는 자가 손실을 보상한 경우 퇴치등의 대상인 초경량비행장치를 사용하여 비행한 자에 대하여 구상권을 행사할 수 있다.
