De toegang tot de geografische UAS-zone bedoeld in het eerste lid is onderworpen aan de volgende cumulatieve toegangsvoorwaarden : 1° elke vlucht wordt beperkt tot een hoogte van honderd voet AGL; 2° elke UAS is beperkt tot een maximale startmassa minder dan 4 kg. 3° De vluchten gerealiseerd in uitvoeringsmodus buiten zicht (BVLOS) zijn onderworpen aan het gebruik van U-space diensten.
