Distance Limits from Aerodromes

You must stay at least 5 km away from airplane airports, 3 km from ULM airfields, and 1 km from heliports or paramotor airfields, unless you have written permission from the airfield operator.

Without prior written agreement from the aerodrome operator, model aircraft must not be flown within 1 km of a heliport/paramotor airfield, 3 km of an ULM airfield, or 5 km of an airplane airfield.

5° sauf accord préalable et écrit de l'exploitant de l'aérodrome, à moins de : a) 1 km du point de référence d'un aérodrome destiné exclusivement aux hélicoptères ou aux paramoteurs mentionné dans l'AIP ; b) 3 km du point de référence d'un aérodrome destiné aux aéronefs ultralégers motorisés (ULM) mentionné dans l'AIP ; c) 5 km du point de référence d'un aérodrome destiné aux avions mentionné dans l'AIP.
