법 제129조제3항에 따라 초경량비행장치사고를 일으킨 조종자 또는 그 초경량비행장치소유자등은 다음 각 호의 사항을 지방항공청장에게 보고하여야 한다. 1. 조종자 및 그 초경량비행장치소유자등의 성명 또는 명칭 2. 사고가 발생한 일시 및 장소 3. 초경량비행장치의 종류 및 신고번호 4. 사고의 경위 5. 사람의 사상(死傷) 또는 물건의 파손 개요 6. 사상자의 성명 등 사상자의 인적사항 파악을 위하여 참고가 될 사항
