Keep your under-1kg model aircraft demonstration at least 1 km away from heliports, 2 km from ULM airfields, and 3 km from airports, unless you have permission from the operator.

Model aircraft demonstrations under 1 kg MTOM must not take place within 1 km of a heliport or paramotor site, 2 km of a ULM airfield, or 3 km of an airplane airfield, unless prior authorization is obtained from the respective operator.

5° aucun aérodrome destiné exclusivement aux hélicoptères ou terrain destiné exclusivement aux paramoteurs ne se trouve dans un rayon de 1 km, sauf autorisation préalable de l'exploitant de ce terrain ; 6° aucun aérodrome destiné aux aéronefs ultralégers motorisés (ULM) ne se trouve dans un rayon de 2 km, sauf autorisation préalable de l'exploitant de ce terrain ; 7° aucun aérodrome destiné aux avions ne se trouve dans un rayon de 3 km, sauf autorisation préalable de l'exploitant de ce terrain ;
