Retention of Incident Analysis Records

You must keep a written record of the analysis you did after any of the specified incidents for at least 12 months. If Transport Canada (the Minister) asks to see it, you must show it to them.

The pilot of the remotely piloted aircraft system shall keep, and make available to the Minister on request, a record of any analyses undertaken under subsection (1) for a period of 12 months after the day on which the record is created.
