③ 법 제2조제7호가목 및 같은 조 제8호가목에 따른 사람의 사망 또는 중상에 대한 적용기준은 다음 각 호와 같다. 1. 경량항공기 및 초경량비행장치에 탑승한 사람이 사망하거나 중상을 입은 경우. 다만, 자연적인 원인 또는 자기 자신이나 타인에 의하여 발생된 경우는 제외한다. 2. 비행 중이거나 비행을 준비 중인 경량항공기 또는 초경량비행장치로부터 이탈된 부품이나 그 경량항공기 또는 초경량비행장치와의 직접적인 접촉 등으로 인하여 사망하거나 중상을 입은 경우
