제313조(초경량비행장치사용사업자에 대한 안전개선명령) 법 제130조제2호에서 "국토교통부령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항을 말한다. 1. 초경량비행장치사용사업자가 운용중인 초경량비행장치에 장착된 안전성이 검증되지 아니한 장비의 제거 2. 초경량비행장치 제작자가 정한 정비ㆍ비행 절차의 이행 3. 법 제125조제1항에 따른 초경량비행장치 조종자 증명을 받아야 하는 사람에 대한 그 증명의 발급ㆍ효력 여부에 대한 확인 4. 초경량비행장치 조종자에 대한 다음 각 목의 사항의 교육 가. 제310조에 따른 초경량비행장치 조종자의 준수사항 나. 초경량비행장치 제작자가 정한 정비ㆍ비행 절차 다. 그 밖에 초경량비행장치사용사업의 안전을 위하여 국토교통부장관이 필요하다고 인정하여 고시하는 사항
