① 법 제124조 전단에서 "시험비행 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 경우"란 제305조제1항에 따른 초경량비행장치 안전성인증 대상으로 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. 1. 연구ㆍ개발 중에 있는 초경량비행장치의 안전성 여부를 평가하기 위하여 시험비행을 하는 경우 2. 안전성인증을 받은 초경량비행장치의 성능개량을 수행하고 안전성여부를 평가하기 위하여 시험비행을 하는 경우
