Original regulatory text
No pilot shall operate a remotely piloted aircraft in controlled airspace except in accordance with (a) subsection 901.71(1), in the case of an operation conducted under Division V; and (b) a special flight operations certificate — RPAS issued under section 903.03, in any other case.
