9° pour toutes les exploitations d'UAS dans la catégorie " spécifique ", le pilote doit être accompagné par un observateur de l'espace aérien dédié à l'usage d'un téléphone mobile enregistré au préalable auprès du gestionnaire de zone, grâce auquel une communication bidirectionnelle peut à tout moment être établie avec le service du contrôle de la circulation aérienne concerné.
