La période de validité d'une désignation en tant qu'entité pour organiser la formation et le contrôle des compétences des pilotes à distance dans le cadre de la Partie B de l'annexe au règlement (UE) 2019/947 est d'une année à partir de la date d'octroi de la désignation. Cette désignation peut être prorogée pour la même durée si l'entité désignée répond toujours aux conditions visées au paragraphe 1er.
