Requirement as structured

An operator who fails to take necessary safety measures (안전성 확보에 필요한 조치) to prevent the loss, theft, leak, alteration, or damage of data captured by mobile image information processing devices (이동형 영상정보처리기기) in violation of Article 25, Paragraph 6 (as applied mutatis mutandis by Article 25-2, Paragraph 4) shall be subject to an administrative fine (과태료) of up to 30 million KRW.
