법 제16조제3항에 따라 우수사업자의 지정이 취소되거나 지정의 효력이 정지된 드론사용사업자는 제6조제1항제1호가목에 따른 우수사업자 지정 인증서 및 같은 호 나목에 따른 우수사업자 지정 공인 인증 마크(이하 이 조에서 "인증서등"이라 한다)를 국토교통부장관에게 반납해야 한다.
